PHOENIX - Phoenix has broken a record for the latest 90° temperature, according to the National Weather Service.
According to the agency, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport reached 90°F just after 1:20 p.m. The old record for Nov. 16 was 89°. At 3 p.m., the temperature increased to 92°.
The normal high temperature for this time of the year is 75° with a low of 52°.
